Cancellation Policy

Orders once placed can not be cancelled. They can be changed to any other band only if informed at the earliest that too if the order is not yet dispatched or We can issue a credit note for the same value valid for next 6 months. To do so, please get in touch by WhatsApp / message / call on +91-8291471177 or email us info@joeyandpooh.com with your order number and your request.

You will need to do so as soon as possible as orders are sometimes shipped immediately.

We offer exchange within 2 days of receiving the product. If for some reason you are unsure of the product, and like to exchange it, please mail us within 2 days of receiving the product along with the new product you want to exchange - info@joeyandpooh.com. The one side courier cost has to be borne by the customer. Once the product is received and found intact, we will initiate the exchange.

If by chance your order gets delayed in shipping (delayed by 30-45 business days in shipping) because of Natural / Pandemic / Unforeseen / Courier/ Technical reasons, we would be deducting 10% bank/card charges and processing the refund. please note the refund can take 15-30 days to process or more in certain cases.

We charge shipping charges as per weight of the product (city & country wise) for international shipping by chance, if the same doesn't get charged to your order because of Technical / System / Network error, we would get in touch with you and request to pay the same, if you fail to pay for the same, we would be deducting 10% bank/card charges and processing the refund. please note the refund can take 15-30 days to process.
