We offer size and style exchanges (except for customised products).

To request an exchange, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order via:

Once your request is approved, you can ship the product back to us.

Important Notes:

  • Items held for more than 7 days after delivery will be considered used and are not eligible for exchange or store credit.

  • Products must be returned in original packaging, unused, unaltered, and undamaged, with all tags intact.

  • Please include a return label and share the tracking number once dispatched.

Before placing an order, we encourage you to double-check product and size details. Our team is always happy to assist with any sizing or product queries.

Due to fabric characteristics and minimal chemical treatment, slight variations in color or print placement may occur — this adds to the uniqueness of each piece.

 

Return & Refund

As per our company policy, we do not offer refunds once a product is sold.
